Li Tuo won the Best Music Award at AWFF

On November 18, 2022, the 8th Asian world Film Festival came to an end in Los Angeles, USA. Since the Asian International Film Festival was founded in 2015, in order to make Asian films and filmmakers more recognized by countries around the world, the festival has awarded awards to more than 50 Asian countries. At the same time, all shortlisted films will be broadcast and screened through film-related unions. Thus gaining the attention of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts for all award-winning films.

The Asian world Film Festival is divided into multiple competition units and multiple film screenings with different themes. As a new generation of composer and music producer, Li Tuo attended the Asian International Film Festival's Young Filmmakers Screening and Awards Ceremony. In an interview after winning the Best Music Award, Li Tuo said that he was very grateful to the organizer and the jury for their recognition of these two films. Although both films are produced on a small budget, the overall grasp of music is also very rigorous. Especially for "1 Screw 1 Minute", because the entire filming of the film was shot at high altitude, the sound of the same period could not be used at all. However, in order to highlight the meaning of the film, Li Tuo gave many important suggestions to the music team in terms of music style and direction, as well as overall music control, which was ultimately recognized by the producer and director. .
